TAA Organisation Structure

TAA Organization Structure is made up of five departments headed by Directors under the Director General as follows:

• Mwalimu Julius K. Nyerere International Airport
• Engineering and Technical Services
• Finance and Business
• Regional Airports
• Human Resources Development and Administration

There are other five units, which report directly to the Director General, namely:

• Internal Audit Unit
• Rescue & Fire Fighting Services
• Legal Services and Public Relations Unit
• Compliance Unit.
• Procurement Management Unit
